Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email containing return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, as processing times may vary by financial institution.
